During the winter months, one of the most popular spots is Loon Mountain, New Hampshire's premier mountain resort, offering great skiing and riding, and lots of off-mountain excitement. Downhill skiers can also head for Cannon Mountain, just 10 minutes away, while cross-country skiers enjoy outstanding views on trails that wind throughout the Valley.

Lincoln-Woodstock is located on Snowmobile Corridor Trail 11, one of the state's major north-south corridors; the riding's great, with area trails maintained by the local snowmobile club.
